The work was completed by the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA), working with GHK Consulting Ltd, on behalf of Brands Hatch Circuits Limited (BHCL), East Midlands Development Agency (emda), Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and South East England Development Agency (SEEDA). The objectives of the study were to estimate the economic impact of the event, examining effects on income and employment in the area around Silverstone Circuit and the UK economy as a whole.
